How do I enter a team into the event?

10s is a social sporting and lifestyle event and in order to take part, you can complete the entry form here: https://ec.10s.co.za/register-your-team/

Once you have completed the entry form the specific sports manager will be in touch.

Where can I buy tickets to the event?

Tickets will be available at the gates

What if I am a team manager / physio / coach. How do I go about buying tickets?

Extra squad members will have to buy a day pass to get into the event.

What if I have more than the required/allowed number of players in a team?

Please note that this is not allowed. If you have any queries, please contact the sports manager in charge for the desired sport.

What does an entry include?

    • Weekend pass into the EC10s
    • Live Entertainment
    • Massage and strapping services

Will there be ATM’s?

Yes, there will be a number of ATM’s on site at the event.

Will there be card facilities available?

Yes, there will be card services available.

Can I bring food/drinks into the event?

You are only allowed FRUIT, empty water bottles and ice.

Can I bring a cooler box into the event?

NO. Please note that NO cooler boxes will be allowed into the event!

Where can I park?

Parking is very limited. We suggest using public transport or one of the many ride services available to get to and from the event.

Does the event cater for disabled persons?

Yes. There are parking and ablution facilities available for use. The event is made-up of mostly grass and gravel road, but is fully accessible.

Do we have disabled parking available at the event?

Yes, this parking will be available in Stephan Way.
